TIPS FOR MAKING PERFECT CRÊPES 1. Resting the batter If all the ingredients are at room temperature, 15 minutes will be enough to have smooth and silky batter without any lumps. 2. Clean baking A small bowl next to the cooking area, a pad to lightly oil the griddle regularly. The pancakes are well browned and do not stick. 3. Griddle temperature If you systematically miss the first crepe, this is often the result of two factors: the batter has not rested long enough, and the crepe maker is not hot enough. A crepe is best seared on a hot griddle. Preheat your crepe maker to 210 °C and then lower the temperature to 180 °C for cooking.
